Who we are
Purify is made and sold by Teamlimiter Inc. Buying it means you accept what is written on this page. If you do not accept it, do not buy, and nothing is lost.
Terms of Service
The short version: you buy Purify once, you may use it on the Windows PCs you own, and nothing on your computer is sent to us. The rest of this page is the same thing in more words. Where this page and the rest of the site disagree, this page wins.
What you buy
A licence to run Purify on the Windows PCs you own or use, for as long as you like. One payment, no subscription, nothing to renew. Every new version we publish while the shop is running is included, with no upgrade fee. The app itself stays closed source: you are buying the right to use it, not the code.
There is no account and no licence key. Nothing to activate, nothing to sign into. Your copy works from the moment the download finishes.
Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments, who act as the merchant of record: they take the payment, work out VAT and sales tax for your country, and send you the receipt. Card details go to them and are never seen by us.
Prices and offers can change, but a price you have already paid stays paid. If a new price is lower than yours, tell us and we will look after you.
Refunds
Every sale is final. What you buy is delivered instantly as a download and can be used the same minute, so it cannot be handed back. We do not offer refunds once the download has been taken, and we would rather say so here, plainly, than have you find out at the wrong moment.
If something is broken on our side, a build that will not start, a link that will not work, a charge that happened twice, reply to your receipt from Dodo Payments and we will put it right.
How the app is delivered
Straight after payment, the site shows your download links and Dodo emails you a receipt. Each link carries a signed token and stops working after 24 hours.
You do not need that email to get the app back. Open the Already bought it page at any time, enter the address you paid with, and the links are issued again.
One note you will see on the first run: the build is new and unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen may ask you to confirm it. Choose More info, then Run anyway. A signed build is planned, and this page will say when that changes.
What Purify does to your files
Every scanner reads a fixed list of known locations and shows you what it found. Nothing is picked for you. Whatever you choose is moved to the Recycle Bin, so a mistake costs you a trip to the bin rather than the file. Purify has no permanent delete.
Even with that safety net, the sensible habit is the same as with any cleaner: keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose, and empty the bin only when you are happy with what is in it.
Your side of the deal
Keep it to yourself: install Purify on the PCs you own or use, and do not sell it, publish the installer as your own, or take it apart to build something you then sell. One purchase covers you, not a company-wide rollout.
What we do not promise
Purify is provided as it is. It is built for Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit, and it is tested on what it cleans, but every PC carries its own history, so we cannot promise it will find something on yours, or that a program you remove will not ask for another download later.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data beyond the Recycle Bin, lost time or lost profit. The undo is your bin, and it stays yours.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page as the shop changes, and the date at the top says when. The terms that applied to your purchase are the ones that were here on the day you paid, and they stay with that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Teamlimiter Inc. is registered.
